At the core of Hewlett-Packard’s culture were Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard, two men who dedicated their professional lives to establishing and leading a new kind of company, one that reflected their values. As Hewlett-Packard thrived, Bill and Dave continued to share those values with the world both inside and outside of the boardroom. Their lives and their company thus became joint testaments to their vision for a better way of doing things.
