Emily Duncan: HP Culture & Diversity
Emily Duncan worked at Hewlett-Packard from 1985–2007 in various positions related to diversity, including vice president, culture & diversity for 10 years. During her time with HP, Duncan led diversity-related initiatives like the Accelerated Development Program and helped HP’s leaders understand that in addition to being a moral imperative, diversity was a good business decision. “Understanding how to manage and value diversity is critical for HP’s future success,” she said.
