Date: ca. 2010

HP Labs developed a demonstrator for G-Cloud technology at its Bristol, England, facility, the home of the HP Security Lab. G-Cloud combined the advantages of cloud computing with the exacting security needs of government data, and Hewlett-Packard built the facilty to help public servants understand the technology’s potential. The demonstrator included a simulated attack on a Hewlett-Packard G-Cloud network, so visitors could see G-Cloud protect itself automatically as the attack unfolded.
