Hewlett-Packard often garnered lifelong loyalty from its employees, giving them the chance to grow and advance over the course of an entire career spent within the company. Few rose as high as Enrique Lores, however. Lores started out as an engineering intern in 1989, rose to the level of Senior Vice President at the company, and is currently CEO of one of Hewlett-Packard’s successor companies, HP Inc.
