Formalizing LGBTQ+ Representation

The HP Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual Employee Network (GLEN) was among the first resource groups to receive an official charter from HP, and the informal networks that preceded it went back to the 1970s, allowing LGBTQ+ employees to form effective formal organizations quickly. Here, Sharon Gadonniex (left), Jean MacLeod (center) and Brian Hobbs of the New England GLEN steering committee meet to discuss plans for their network.
