Hewlett-Packard provided computer systems and software to the America3 Foundation racing team during the 1992 America’s Cup in San Diego, California. America’s Cup teams had been using HP computers since the 1980s, including teams from Canada and the United States. Notably, in 1995, HP became the exclusive supplier for the America3 team, the first all-women team in America’s Cup history.
