HP Corporate Business Systems marked Hewlett-Packard’s entry into the market for data-center-specific products. The systems included nine models adapted from the HP 3000 and 9000 product lines, which incorporated Hewlett-Packard’s advanced Precision Architecture-RISC (PA-RISC) technology, further extending the HP 3000 and HP 9000 business systems.
