The hollow printing method employed in this door handle can allow 3D manufacturers to dramatically cut down their materials costs and revolutionize the production of objects meant to encompass other objects, such as casts for broken limbs. It can also create objects of great beauty — look closely and see the way that the slats of the object weave in and out of each other.
