Date: January-February 1995

In 1994, HP equipment was named the “Official Personal Computer and Printer of the Boston Celtics.” The legendary NBA team signed a three-year partnership with HP to provide the team with higher productivity and better networking capabilities to optimize sales operations for ticketing. It was good timing, as the Celtics were moving to a new home arena the following season, and HP ads would be featured in the team’s media guide, yearbook, game programs and on courtside signs during games.
